Here's what happens behind the scenes every time you dispatch — from the moment you type a drop-off address to the photo proof at the door.
Create the delivery.
Pickup and drop-off addresses, a size selector, and any pickup notes. We auto-quote in under a second. You can save merchants and recipients to skip this next time, or bulk-upload a CSV.
A driver accepts.
We broadcast the offer to nearby ID-verified drivers, with full transparency on pay. The closest available driver who taps accept gets the job. We don't pre-assign — the driver always chooses.
Driver picks up. Customer tracks live.
A shareable tracker link goes to your customer over SMS or email. Live map, ETA, driver name and photo. They don't need an app or an account.
Photo proof at the doorstep.
The driver captures a photo and, optionally, a signature. Both attach to the order permanently — visible to you, your customer, and our ops team in the event of a dispute.
