connection with the use of the GetRouted platform, applications, and related
services (collectively, the "Platform").

Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Canadian privacy
laws.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from users of the
Platform, including drivers, merchants, recipients, and visitors, where
applicable.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be
collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Types of Personal Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect personal
information including, but not limited to:
• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Contact information (such as phone number and email address)
• Government-issued identification details
• Driver’s license and vehicle information (for drivers)

• Delivery-related information (such as addresses and instructions)

4. Use of Facial Images and Verification Data
Facial images and verification data are used strictly for identity verification,
fraud prevention, and platform safety purposes.
Such information is accessible only to authorized personnel or trusted service
providers acting on our behalf and is not used for advertising or profiling.
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
We may disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:
• To trusted service providers assisting with verification, security, or
platform operations, under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to
fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
In particular:
• Recipient identity verification data collected for age or identity confirmation
is deleted within seventy-two (72) hours after delivery completion.
• Driver identification images and verification documents are deleted upon
account rejection, suspension, or termination, unless retention is required
to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
We do not retain personal information longer than necessary for operational,
legal, or security purposes.
7. Safeguards and Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information to protect against
loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information,
no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

information and request corrections where information is inaccurate or
incomplete.

posting to the Platform.
