06Data Retention and Deletion

- Recipient identity verification data collected for age or identity confirmation
is deleted within seventy-two (72) hours after delivery completion.
- Driver identification images and verification documents are deleted upon
account rejection, suspension, or termination, unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
We do not retain personal information longer than necessary for operational, legal, or security purposes.
