Delete Your GetRouted Driver Account

If you would like to delete your GetRouted Driver account and associated data, follow the request steps below.

How to Request Deletion

  1. 1. Send an email to "info@get-routed.ca".
  2. 2. Use the subject line "Driver Account Deletion Request".
  3. 3. Include your registered phone number in the email body.

Once we verify your request, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.

  • Phone number
  • Delivery history
  • Earnings history

Data That May Be Retained

  • Certain transaction records may be retained as required by law for accounting, tax, or legal compliance purposes.
